**Definitions:**
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:

3. Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
4. The Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of users, as well as the rights, obligations, and scope of responsibility of the entity managing and operating the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
